Aromatherapy is used to promote relaxation through sense of smell and utilize the healing properties of each oil. 
Reflexology focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. Zen Renewal Therapy focuses on the use of aromatherapy and Reiki to relax the mind, body and balance the energy chakras. The definition of chakra is any of several points of physical or spiritual energy in the human body according to yoga philosophy.  Chakras are checked and certain essential oil blends are applied depending on the need of each chakra. Hot towels are then added for added relaxation then the Reiki balancing starts. Each chakra is effected by the stresses of life differently and when balanced correctly helps promote healing and give a renewed energy.
